Franklin County Animal Rescue (FCAR) receives no local, state or federal government funding. We rely solely on the generous donations of community members. We offer many ways for local businesses to sponsor our organization and create a mutually beneficial relationship. Thousands of animal lovers walk through our doors each year from all over Northwestern Vermont and beyond.
